FIT emergency first aid training strengthens your commitment to those you care about. It also gives you a valuable means to help in society at large. If more people did this, it would come back to those you care about and you are not present at the time. Everyone should participate in an Emergency First Aid Training Program.


FIT emergency first aid training courses are designed for delegates whose employment requires them to administer First Aid, in order to meet legal requirements.


First Aid is the skilled application of accepted principles of treatment. In the occurrence of an accident or sudden illness. The aim of the course is to equip delegates with the requisite skills and knowledge in order to administer emergency first aid.


The student will be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to deal with:-

1. Understand the roles and responsibilities of a First Aider.
2. Be able to assess an incident.
3. Be able to manage a casualty:-

  • An unresponsive person who is breathing normally.
  • A casualty that is unresponsive but is not breathing normally.
  • Know what to do when a casualty is choking.
  • A casualty who is external bleeding.
  • Casualty in shock.
  • Minor injury.

First Aid training for up to 10 delegates. Emergency First Aid training can be delivered at your premises. However, additional costs may apply.
